Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Late Policy:
All clients have a 15 minute grace period. You must call to notify us. If a client arrives after grace period you must reschedule. A client can have deposit held for upcoming appointment or be refunded. If client is a NO CALL, NO SHOW the deposit will not be eligible for refund. Clients must notify us 24 hours prior to appointment time for cancellation. Client has option to reschedule appointment at later date. The client is eligible for deposit refund. If a client neglects to call and notify us of cancellation within the 24 hour mark of appointment, they will not be eligible for deposit refund.
